Victoria Thatcher- Chief Executive Officer
Victoria has global responsibility for the TestLink businesses, working to sustain growth and enter new markets. She joined the business in 2018 to build a strategic HR function, before spending three years leading TestLink's North American operation, taking the baton from the founding MD to become CEO in June 2023. Starting her career as a Business Development Manager in the Telecoms industry, Victoria has a strong track record of building teams and producing high growth phases.
Seb Swords - Global Sales Director
Seb joined TestLink in 2001 as a Trainee Technician. Over the last 21 years he has progressed into various management roles, including leading the Production Department, ATM Refurbishment Division, Global Part Sales team and developing our Parts Procurement function. He now draws on these skills and experiences in the successful management of our North American operations, facilitating our continued growth in the region.
Emma Williams - Chief of Staff
Having joined the company in 2002, Emma has successfully supported all of the key functions across the business, including; Sales, Service Delivery, Procurement, and Inventory, Resource and Financial Planning. With a wide ranging and detailed understanding of our business coupled with great problem-solving abilities, Emma oversees the delivery of strategic business initiatives and key product and service integrations.
Ruben Correia - Operations Manager
Ruben is currently heading up our EMEA operations, leading our continuous business improvement and quality management programs. He is a graduate of our successful in-house Leadership Development Program. Shortly after joining the Production Team in 2017 his potential was identified, and he wasted no time in taking every opportunity to develop his core skills whilst building business and industry knowledge. He continues to successfully evolve operations in line with our growth and expansion into new markets.
